Well currently I'm a 1st year graduate student at the Savannah College of Art and Design working in Animation. I haven't completely abandoned the Classical Beatbox Project, it is still active and I am not done creating new ideas for this site. I am working on how to present some of the ideas I've developed through this experiment to a new and different genre and artform. Over the past 9 weeks of my Winter Quarter here at SCAD, I've been developing a concept for an <span style="font-weight: bold;">Animated Short using beatbox as the center of interest</span>. Beatboxing is something more than just providing the M.C. with the beat than he needs to freestlye, sometimes it can be used as a form of poetry in itself...in a sense. The purpose of the project is to experiment and combine something that is considered as a classical or anicent piece of literature, and beatbox to it.......to get a reaction. Think of it as beatboxing instead of playing bongo drums to a strange poem at a poetry slam.
